Entrance fees to sites not included in the hourly rate. The Entrance fees will be paid on the day of the visit directly from the guide. Some museums such as the Uffizi Gallery and the Academy of Florence and the leaning tower of Pisa, require reservations in advance to avoid waiting in the queue. Reservations will be made prior to the tour date from DivinaToscana
INDIVIDUAL RATES
Hourly rate for Individual tours from 60 Euro / h
RATE SCHOOL GROUPS
- Florence, Siena, Lucca, Massa Carrara, San Gimignano, Grosseto, Cinque Terre, Elba Island
Half day: € 200.00 up to a maximum of 50 people
- Pisa, Volterra, Livorno, Museum of Geothermal Energy of Larderello
Half day: € 200.00 up to a maximum of 50 people
REGULATION
- Each additional hour will be counted and added to the final payment.
- The tour guide will wait for the group up to a maximum of one hour after the established date, if the delay could be further and communicated in due time, the faculty will guide the group to decide whether to wait or reschedule.
- In any case, the 3 hours to half a day of service as well as 6 of the whole day starting from the beginning of the appointment and arrival of the group.
- The presence of a second guide will be mandatory if the group exceeds 50 people (25 for visits to museums)
CANCELLATION POLICY
- For any cancellation made no earlier than 24 hours before the course of the tour will still be charged the base rate.
- For any cancellation made between 24 and 48 hours before the holding of the tour will be charged 50% of the basic rate
