The farmhouse is located in an oasis of tranquility, in a privileged position due to its exposure to the 4 winds; green hills, daisies and violets that color the meadows and a profound silence. Even the interiors maintain the rustic mix that characterizes the exteriors, the wood of the beams and the stone on the walls create an environment of great comfort and harmony. Its peculiarity is inherent in the brightness of the environment: the arched windows, in fact, occupy the walls entirely and offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. The swimming pool embellishes this place immersed in a green of a thousand facets, guaranteeing unforgettable days of pure relaxation. Adjacent to the villa is the dwelling inhabited by the owners who, despite living it daily, carefully guarantee the utmost confidentiality and non-invasiveness to their precious guests.In fact, with them the holiday can be embellished by the added value of being pampered, on request, by their assistance in choosing the places to visit, and to keep up to date on all the events and initiatives in the area. They will be able to advise on bike routes, horseback riding, on where to rent e-bikes or head to the most beautiful beaches of the coast, cities of art or advise you on where to taste typical dishes and local wines or if you want, the possibility of have a dinner or lunch organized directly in the villa by their trusted chef. Another very important aspect will be the possibility of purchasing genuine oil, wine and jams produced directly from the farm owned.

The farmhouse is spread over two levels. The entrance to the farmhouse, opposite the parking area, takes place from the ground floor, connected to the first floor below the street by an internal staircase of 8 stone steps; on the right a large dining area, a living room with TV and a room equipped for breakfast on the left the large professional kitchen with an adjacent bathroom and laundry and with direct access from the garden and two independent double bedrooms with joinable beds with bathroom. An ancient terracotta staircase leads to the ground floor where there are 5 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and a single bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The park

The indisputable strength of this place is the surrounding landscape. The garden of about 300 square meters draws inspiration from it and becomes the ideal setting from which to admire it. Soft borders make up the structure of the green giving, in the flowering periods, a full and enveloping vegetation, creating intimate and welcoming corners where the outdoor dining area is the protagonist. All the vegetation is kept at a low height so as not to obscure the view of the surrounding countryside. There is no shortage of fragrant species, such as Lavender and Blue Sage, creating romantic chromatic contrasts. A grassy carpet punctuates the walkways around the farmhouse that reach the pergola, in front of the living room, and a barbecue area with a wood oven. A gravel driveway, on the other hand, identifies the parking area, which is also rich in essences and fruit trees.

The pool

Open from the last Saturday of April and until the first Saturday of October, located on the right side of the farmhouse a few meters from the outdoor dining area, is the swimming pool, immersed in the formal garden, fenced and protected by hedges, lavenders and flowering plants. while in the background stands the Mediterranean scrub, soft hills, olive groves and a medieval town. Its shape is rectangular, 7 x 15 with a depth of 1.50 meters, powered by chlorine and with access via a Roman staircase with hydromassage. The solarium area that surrounds it houses sun beds, umbrellas and a shower. The shade can also be enjoyed under a gazebo where the furnishings create a corner for conversation.
