| The farm is located about 15 km from the Etruscan Coast. It is a stone house, renovated, divided into only 8 rooms, well-researched and especially custom where guests will enjoy a fantastic view of the park that surrounds each room ‘equipped with bathroom, air conditioning and minibar. At the guests’ disposal a large open kitchen fully equipped open 24 hours on 24 where each room has its own private locker. The barbecue and wood oven are always used. Around the buildings there is a large and well kept swimming pool (14×7 m) allows the lovers of green and nature to relax in silence. Ping-pong, children’s games, bowls and bicycles will allow everyone to enjoy moments of fun and, for fans of hiking and jogging trails marked around to appreciate the beauty of our hills. The farm is in an excellent location for holidays on the coast and for trips to Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence, Pisa and even Elba island |

| 8 rooms from 25 to 35 sqm equipped with private bathroom with shower, all have ceiling fans, air conditioning and minibar. Some rooms have a double bed and bunk beds, other rooms have double bed and sofa bed. The floors are old terracotta, the furniture is wooden and each room is different in design and in colors ranging from green, orange, pink and blue. |
