| Apartments located in a very quiet area by the sea; it is the ideal starting point for tourists who are fond of both sea and nature: they can visit the beautiful Costa D’Argento (Talamone Orbetello, Monte Argentario, Giglio and Giannutri Ansedonia and Capalbio) , the Natural Park of Maremma (Alberese), the archaeological paths of the Tufa area (Pitigliano, Sovana, Sorano, Saturnia). Nearby there are opportunities for sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, scuba diving, horse riding, tennis, golf … The structure consists of 32 apartments located in four buildings, which form a pretty little square with flower beds and an old olive tree in the center where guests can meet and spend leisure hours, in the quiet of Maremma. The village consists of 32 apartments of different sizes, located in 4 buildings, surrounded by a large parking area and a swimming pool. All apartments have been tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts such as TV, air conditioning, heating heat pump.Mosty apartments have fully equipped kitchens (oven, fridge, small freezer, coffee maker, pots, cutlery etc..), while some of them have fridge and microwave only.The ground floor apartments have an outdoor space at the entrance or, otherwise, access from the kitchen on a small outdoor area with table and chairs. Some of the apartments on the upper floors also have a small terrace in front.Otherwise, guests can use table and chairs by the pool house. At the Reception, guests will find all information to visit the coast of Maremma Toscana and surrounding areas, featuring historic villages and natural scenery, will also find an updated program of events and ideas related to culture, nature, wellness, sport, sea, food and wine that our beloved Maremma Toscana offers. |
