Prestigious villa with pool located on the crest of a hill, in the heartland of the Etruscans, only a few kilometers from the sea and famous places like Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Volterra and S, Gimignano.
The  farmhouse in typical Tuscan style offers 20 beds in rooms with private bathrooms to ensure the maximum comfort.
If need be the house can be divided into two separate independent apartments one “SMALL” which sleeps 8 and the other “BIG” which sleeps 14. The Villa has a total of 10 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, in addition the tower room has two beds and bathroom with shower which gives an overall accommodation capacity of 22.The SMALL apartment which sleeps 8 has two downstairs bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an open kitchen, dining area with fireplace  and two double rooms with four poster beds and private bathrooms on the first floor. The BIG apartment accommodates 14 guests. It has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor, a double room and twin room, living room, open kitchen, fireplace and dining area. 4 double rooms with four poster beds and private bathrooms on the first floor. This apartment has access to the tower room which has two sofa beds, bathroom with shower, WC  and wash basin.
The garden which surrounds the villa is directly accessible from all the ground floor rooms including the downstairs bedroom in the SMALL apartment. The villa has a private parking area, shaded porch with two large dining tables, stone BBQ, children’s swing and a large 12×6 swimming pool with vanishing edges. The ideal place to spend pleasant evenings with friends, without fear of disturbing any neighbors,… maybe while enjoying a chianina steak and tasting a glass of Bolgheri DOC.

Over this limit the consumption will be an extra cost to be paid at the end of the holiday period at the price of 5,00 €/m3. We will calculate a sufficient amount of water to cover normal consumption for a normal holiday stay.
